Texas-based staffing agency seeking a full time Branch Recruiter/Client Specialist in Austin, Texas. Position is high energy and provides opportunities for growth and leadership.
Job Description
*Various staffing administrative duties, including assisting customers, general filing and maintaining staffing database
- Oversee recruitment budget and identify services to meet client need
- Use metrics goal setting as a team
- Step 2: become Recruiter for office
- Control candidate pool by establishing active and potential candidates, post job ads, take applications and conduct interviews
- Potential for growth into Lead Recruiter or Selling Branch Manager
Hours
- 7:00-4:30 Monday thru Friday and some Saturdays when needed.
Compensation
- Up to $50 K + bonus opportunities

Qualifications and Skills
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience working in a staffing, recruiting or similar environment
- 1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced construction or industrial industry
- Strong phone and interviewing skills
- Ability to quickly adapt to variables in client situations
- Problem solver with unconditional commitment
- Broad knowledge of internet and social media
- Self-motivated with a desire for career advancement
- Process-driven, goal oriented organizational skills
- Exceptional communication skills and friendly demeanor
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and Word
Preferred:
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Sales experience/
- Desire to understand the staffing needs of industry specific client
